Biffluence is an online creator-partnership operating platform that helps businesses discover, evaluate, contact, negotiate with, manage, measure, and renew creator partnerships, while giving creators tools to verify platform ownership and manage partnership preferences.

Biffluence operates as an online business and does not maintain a public customer-service street address. Privacy and legal inquiries may be sent to hello@biffluence.com.

• Account information: name, email address, authentication identifiers, role, account status, and security events.
• Business information: company and product details, target audience, campaign objectives, budgets, creator criteria, preferences, and partnership history.
• Creator information: profile details, partnership preferences, public profile URLs, platform identifiers, ownership-verification status, and creator-authorized analytics where connected.
• Campaign and communications data: campaign briefs, shortlists, approvals, outreach records, negotiated terms, content submissions, publication records, attribution, performance summaries, and support communications.
• Technical information: IP-derived security information, device/browser information, logs, timestamps, cookies or similar technologies, and abuse-prevention signals.
• Public platform information: public creator/channel/profile metadata and public media statistics received through approved provider APIs.

• Provide and secure Biffluence accounts and workspaces.
• Discover and evaluate potential creator partnerships.
• Verify creator ownership of connected platform accounts.
• Generate Biffluence partnership intelligence, subject to each provider's rules and our approval status.
• Support outreach, negotiation, approvals, content review, publication verification, attribution, measurement, and renewal.
• Maintain provider-specific freshness, retention, revocation, and deletion controls.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, scraping, or policy circumvention.
• Comply with legal obligations and provider platform requirements.

Biffluence uses YouTube API Services, including the YouTube Data API and, when a creator voluntarily connects a YouTube account, creator-authorized YouTube Analytics access. Use of YouTube-powered features is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Developer Policies, and Google's Privacy Policy.

Public YouTube data. Biffluence may use approved YouTube APIs to retrieve public channel and video information such as channel identifiers, channel title and description, public subscriber/video statistics, recent public videos, publication dates, and public video statistics. Biffluence uses this information for creator discovery, campaign qualification, evidence review, publication verification, and other partnership workflows.

Creator-authorized YouTube data. When a creator connects YouTube through Google OAuth, Biffluence may verify the creator's channel ownership and retrieve analytics permitted by the scopes the creator approved, such as views, watch-time related metrics, engagement metrics, and audience geography where available. Authorized YouTube data is not made broadly available to marketers. It is limited to the authorizing creator, Biffluence systems acting for the approved purpose, and agents or businesses expressly authorized by the creator where applicable.

Retention and freshness. YouTube-derived metadata and public API data are refreshed or deleted according to YouTube's applicable API policies. Biffluence currently treats public metadata as refresh-or-delete data within the applicable 30-day policy window and schedules refresh before that boundary. Creator authorization and relevant authorized resources are revalidated on a recurring basis. Biffluence will not rely on any extended statistical-data or derived-metrics retention allowance unless and until YouTube approves the applicable use case.

Disconnect and deletion. A creator may disconnect YouTube from Biffluence in Creator Settings. Biffluence then revokes or attempts to revoke the applicable Google authorization, clears creator-authorized YouTube analytics from the active creator record, invalidates ownership verification, and removes associated sharing permissions. A creator may also choose “Delete provider data” to remove stored provider-specific evidence and intelligence associated with that connected identity, subject to limited records we must retain for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or audit purposes.

You may also review or revoke Google account permissions through Google Account permissions.

Biffluence is designed to integrate with approved TikTok developer and TikTok One/API for Business products. TikTok capabilities remain disabled until the relevant provider access is approved. Biffluence does not use scraping as a substitute for official TikTok access.

When TikTok integrations are enabled, Biffluence may process public creator/media insights, authorized creator/media insights, campaign-linking information, and other fields made available under the specific TikTok products and permissions approved for Biffluence. Creator-authorized TikTok information will be processed only for disclosed partnership purposes and according to the permissions granted by the creator and TikTok.

TikTok-specific retention, refresh, revocation, disclosure, and deletion controls are maintained separately from YouTube and Snapchat rules. Users may request deletion of TikTok-sourced data through Biffluence's self-service provider controls when available or by contacting hello@biffluence.com.

Biffluence is designed to integrate with approved Snap creator-discovery, Public Profile, Marketing API, and creator-authorized capabilities where granted. Snapchat capabilities remain disabled until the relevant provider access is approved. Biffluence does not use scraping as a substitute for official Snap access.

Depending on approved access, Biffluence may process public profile information, creator-discovery attributes, public content or statistics, creator-authorized insights, and brand-partnership information made available through Snap's official APIs. Any creator-authorized Snap data will be handled according to the creator's authorization and Snap's applicable requirements.

Snapchat data is stored and governed under Snap-specific provider rules. Biffluence does not automatically apply YouTube retention rules to Snapchat data.

Biffluence may calculate its own partnership analysis from permitted provider data and Biffluence-owned campaign information. Biffluence-derived scores, recommendations, suitability assessments, and commercial estimates are Biffluence analysis and are not metrics supplied, sponsored, or endorsed by YouTube, Google, TikTok, ByteDance, Snap, or any other platform.

Where artificial intelligence or machine-learning services are used, Biffluence seeks to minimize the provider data sent for processing and uses service providers only to perform functions on our behalf. Current categories of processors may include hosting, database, workflow, AI, email, security, and infrastructure providers.

Biffluence does not use platform API data to infer sensitive protected characteristics such as race, religion, political affiliation, health status, sexual orientation, or similarly sensitive traits.

We do not sell personal information or creator-authorized platform data. We may disclose information to service providers that process data on our behalf, to a business or creator as necessary for an authorized partnership workflow, when a user expressly directs us to share information, or where required for security, legal compliance, or enforcement of our agreements.

Service providers are expected to use information only for the services they provide to Biffluence and subject to applicable confidentiality, security, and data-protection obligations.

Retention depends on the type and source of the data. Biffluence keeps account, campaign, contractual, audit, fraud-prevention, and business records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and applicable law. Provider API data follows provider-specific retention and refresh requirements.

When a user disconnects a provider, requests deletion, or when authorization can no longer be verified, Biffluence removes or de-identifies provider-authorized data according to the applicable provider rule and our internal compliance deadlines. Certain minimal audit, security, dispute, or legal records may remain where permitted and necessary, but they are not used to recreate deleted creator-authorized analytics.

Biffluence uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. OAuth tokens are kept backend-only and encrypted at rest, and sensitive provider data is subject to server-side access controls.

No system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

• Access or update account and profile information available through Biffluence.
• Disconnect a connected provider account.
• Delete stored provider data through available self-service controls.
• Request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other applicable privacy rights by emailing hello@biffluence.com.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Opt out of creator outreach using the mechanisms provided in outreach communications.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

Biffluence is not directed to children under 13. Users entering binding commercial arrangements must have legal capacity to do so or act through an authorized representative as required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Biffluence, applicable law, or provider requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice or obtaining renewed consent.
